Your production company doesn’t need another spreadsheet. It needs flow.
From the shoot calendar to publishing, bring teams, gear, post-production, comments, travel costs, and reporting into one connected, visual, and traceable operation.
Web pilot in preparation, with an isolated environment and assisted setup for each production company.
When work lives across multiple places, none of them tells the whole story.
The schedule is in a spreadsheet. The brief is in a chat. The files are in Drive. Feedback arrived in a message. Someone still has to piece everything together just to find out what is late.
A new time, crew member, or gear requirement becomes a chain of messages — and can still be missed.
Editing, thumbnails, scripts, review, and publishing move through separate tools without a clear view of ownership and deadlines.
Reservations, checkouts, and returns have to be tracked separately from the production calendar.
Instead of leading the operation, they spend the day asking who owns each deliverable and what is still missing.
Travel expenses and shoot details arrive separately, far from the production that created them.
Fluxo connects the work around production — not just a list of tasks.
Every shoot carries the information the team needs. Production feeds post. Comments stay with the work. Deadlines, files, costs, and history no longer depend on someone’s memory.
Plan
Organize calendars, shoots, crews, scripts, and gear before the team reaches the set.
Shoot
Give the team a clear view of the schedule, the people involved, and the gear assigned to each production.
Post-produce
Turn captured material into a visible workflow for editing, thumbnails, review, and delivery, with owners and deadlines.
Publish and follow through
Connect publishing plans, comments, files, and reporting without rebuilding context for every meeting.
A shoot becomes more than a time slot on a calendar.
It connects the client, script, crew, location, gear, Drive, costs, and the next step in production.
Horizon Campaign · Film 01
Your production language is already part of the system.
Clients, shoots, gear, editing, color, thumbnails, scripts, review, and publishing are part of the structure — without forcing the team to translate everything into generic tasks.
The set starts with context.
Calendar, client, crew, script, location, and gear brought together around each shoot, with operational conflict visibility.
Equipment connected to the schedule.
Catalogs, kits, reservations, checkouts, returns, and history tracked alongside operations.
From media to approval.
Editing, color, thumbnails, owners, deadlines, reviews, and deliveries in one visual workflow.
See the deadline before the delay.
Editor queues, weekly capacity, and decision points made visible to operations and leadership.
Decisions stay with the work.
Comments, mentions, notifications, permissions, and history reduce the dependence on scattered conversations.
Files remain in Drive. Their operational context moves into Fluxo.
Folders, links, scripts, publishing plans, and materials are found from the client, shoot, or deliverable they belong to.
Time and operations in the same picture.
Hours by work item, travel costs, receipts, and operational reporting connected to what was actually produced.
Your team should not have to translate video production into a generic project tool.
Fluxo follows the logic of a production company instead of making your company build that logic from scratch.
Everyone can find the next step without having to ask.

AI that reduces the search for context — without turning management into surveillance.
Fluxo uses AI to support the operation by organizing context, summarizing information, and highlighting pending work. Decisions remain human. The goal is to make coordination lighter, not to monitor people.
Before serving other companies, Fluxo had to work inside a real one.
The system grew from the daily needs of an audiovisual operation: coordinating shoots, teams, gear, post-production, files, and communication without losing context between stages.
Its multi-company edition is now being prepared for other production companies, with an isolated environment and assisted setup.
Talk to us about the pilotStart with two users. Add room as your team grows.
The Fluxo base plan includes two people. Add only the users your production company actually needs, without switching plans or paying for a larger team too early.

Before joining the flow.
The pilot is still in preparation. These answers clarify what exists today and what is not being promised yet.
Is Fluxo already available to other production companies?
External access is not open yet. The multi-company edition is in preparation, and the first pilot is planned as a web experience with assisted setup.
What kind of company is Fluxo designed for?
Audiovisual production companies that need to coordinate shoots, teams, gear, post-production, content, and operational visibility in one environment.
Does Fluxo replace Google Drive?
No. Drive remains the file layer. Fluxo organizes operational context, links, and the relationship between those materials and each client, shoot, or deliverable.
Does it replace messaging and email?
Quick conversations can still happen in those channels. Fluxo keeps important decisions, comments, owners, and deadlines from depending on them alone.
Does Fluxo manage the company’s finances?
Fluxo focuses on audiovisual operations. It tracks shoot-related travel costs and receipts, but it is not presented as a complete accounting, billing, or finance platform.
How does AI take part in the workflow?
It supports the team by organizing and summarizing context and highlighting pending work. People remain in control of decisions and outcomes.
Will mobile and desktop apps be available?
The current commercial commitment is limited to the first web pilot. Native apps are not yet part of the offer announced for other production companies.
How much does Fluxo cost, and how do additional users work?
Outside Brazil, the plan costs US$15.32 per month and includes 2 users. Each additional user costs US$2.55 per month. With annual payment, the base plan costs US$147.09 per year and each additional user costs US$24.51 per year — a 20% discount on both. Purchases billed in Brazil have special local pricing: R$60 per month plus R$10 per additional user, or R$576 per year plus R$96 per additional user per year. These prices will apply when commercial access opens.
