Clipevo TP does not create a personal account or maintain a remote script database. Here is how to remove local content or contact Recmart.

In the Library on the Mac, iPhone, or iPad used as a controller, select a script and choose Delete. This removes the locally saved copy. Before deleting the app, export or copy any text you want to keep. The Android version works as a display and does not maintain a script library.
Device preferences
The controller associates font, column, mirroring, brightness, format, and order with a stable random identifier for each TP. This restores the device profile after reconnecting or starting a new production day. You can remove these settings and connection preferences by deleting Clipevo TP and its data from macOS, iOS, iPadOS, or Android. On Android, open Settings › Apps › Clipevo TP › Storage › Clear data, or uninstall the app.
Team reading profiles
Deleting a profile on the controller creates a synchronized deletion marker so it is removed from other devices, including those that were offline. To disconnect a device from the workspace without deleting its local cache, choose Remove Workspace. To delete the entire team workspace or request a copy of its profiles, email contato@recmart.com.br.
Permissions
Camera, Local Network, Microphone, and Speech Recognition access can be revoked at any time in system settings. On Android, the app requests only the permissions required to scan the QR code and communicate on the network. The related feature remains unavailable until permission is granted again.

The app does not require a personal account, but an optional team workspace may store reading profiles. To review or delete those profiles, or information supplied during a support interaction, email us from the same address used for the original contact and include the workspace name.
