By installing or using Clipevo TP, you agree to these terms and to the rules of the store or distribution channel you use.

Clipevo TP is provided by RECMART LTDA, Brazilian company registration number (CNPJ) 50.424.905/0001-67, headquartered at Av. Prudente de Moraes, 417, Sala 09 — Maringá/PR.
2. License to use
Recmart grants you a personal or business license that is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable to install and use the app on authorized devices. Display/Mirror mode is free. Free Controller supports one display and scripts up to 260 words; other features require the full unlock. Ownership of the software and brand remains with Recmart.
3. Versions and updates
The app may receive fixes, improvements, and compatibility changes. Keep your operating system and Clipevo TP updated, and preserve a copy of critical scripts before important productions.
4. Permitted use
You may use the app to prepare and display your own scripts or third-party scripts when you have permission. You may not attempt to bypass access limits, interfere with another person’s network, redistribute the app without permission, or infringe copyright.
5. User content
You remain responsible for scripts entered into the app and represent that you have the rights required to use them. Recmart does not acquire ownership of your text.
6. Network, equipment, and recordings
Performance depends on the local network, devices, power supply, and physical teleprompter installation. Test before recording, use a reliable network, and maintain a contingency plan. To the extent permitted by law, Recmart is not liable for indirect losses caused by network, operation, or equipment failures.
7. Purchases and distribution
The announced full unlock is a one-time purchase of US$ 49.90 internationally or R$ 199,90 in Brazil, with no subscription, automatic renewal, or monthly fee. Voice Scroll is included in that unlock. The purchase channel is being prepared; when available, billing and refunds will also follow the conditions shown at purchase and the rules of the Apple App Store, Google Play, Paddle, or the channel used.
8. Privacy
Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms. Access may end because of a violation, version discontinuation, or legal requirement. Material changes will be presented appropriately.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without excluding mandatory consumer rights. Disputes will be handled by the competent court provided under applicable law.
