1. Data controller

Clipevo TP is provided by RECMART LTDA, Brazilian company registration number (CNPJ) 50.424.905/0001-67, headquartered at Av. Prudente de Moraes, 417, Sala 09 — Maringá/PR. For privacy matters, email contato@recmart.com.br.

2. Data used by the app

Scripts and titles

Scripts and library titles are stored locally on the controller device — Mac, iPhone, or iPad. They are sent temporarily to connected displays, including Android devices, for presentation and are not sent by the native app to Recmart servers.

Synchronized reading profiles

When a user connects a team workspace, the app sends Recmart’s service only the assigned profile name, speed in words per minute, random identifiers, version, and dates required to synchronize updates and deletions. Scripts, audio, transcripts, and display settings are not included. Synchronization is optional, and profiles remain available from the local cache while offline.

Preferences and technical identification

The app stores preferences such as font, margins, mirroring, brightness, and display order, together with random device identifiers required to restore those settings after reconnecting. This information remains on the controller or the corresponding device.

Local network

The controller announces a session on the local network and exchanges the script, reading position, commands, and basic connection telemetry with the displays. Network addresses and latency are used during the session to maintain synchronization and are not used to build a user profile.

3. Camera, microphone, and speech

Camera

On iPhone, iPad, and Android, the camera is used only to recognize the QR code shown by the controller. Processing happens on the device; Clipevo TP does not record, photograph, store, or transmit camera images.

Voice Scroll

Turning on Voice Scroll only arms the feature. The microphone does not listen while playback is stopped. After Play, only the selected source — the controller or a connected TP — uses the microphone and Apple’s Speech Recognition framework to create a temporary transcription and locate the corresponding point in the script. Listening ends on Pause. On-device processing availability depends on the device and operating system; Apple may process audio under its own policies. Recmart does not receive or store audio or transcripts from this feature.

4. Sharing, advertising, and analytics

Clipevo TP does not sell personal data, show ads, use advertising identifiers, or include its own analytics SDK. The optional profile service receives only the fields described above to provide team synchronization. Technical information Apple or Google may collect for operating-system diagnostics or App Store and Google Play distribution is governed by those platforms’ policies.

Technical providers used for hosting, delivery, or support receive only the access necessary to provide the service and must apply safeguards consistent with this policy and applicable law.

When you visit this website, hosting and network-protection providers may process an IP address, browser information, timestamps, and technical logs required for page delivery, security, and diagnostics. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, the message is also processed by the provider you choose.

5. Retention and deletion

Scripts remain on the controller until the user deletes them from the library or removes the app’s data. Connection preferences and credentials can be erased by removing Clipevo TP and its data from macOS, iOS, iPadOS, or Android. When a profile is deleted, the workspace temporarily keeps a technical deletion marker so the deletion can reach devices that were offline; that marker is removed afterward. 6. Security

Sessions use random credentials, TLS-protected communication with a session key, and a limited number of displays. The reading-profile workspace has a separate credential, stored locally by the operating system and shared only through the team QR code. Use a trusted network or dedicated hotspot, and do not share active codes outside your team.

7. Children and professional use

Clipevo TP is an audiovisual productivity tool and is not directed to children. The app does not ask for age or create user profiles.

8. Changes to this policy

This page may be updated to reflect new features or legal requirements. The date of the latest version appears at the top.
